This website has been through many changes, but the main point has always been to distribute free media (icons, web layouts, whatever) to anime fans. Enjoy. :)

I do take commissions (only for kid-safe themes!) so if you want to commission me, contact me. The fee for a custom LiveJournal layout is about $20.00 USD. Custom avatars are pretty cheap. Vector prices differ radically depending on how complex they are- there’s a huge difference in the time it takes to vector a tiny Hello Kitty drawing and a complex Sailor Moon artbook scan. @_@ I try to keep the prices decent, though.
As far as I know, all of the content here is either public domain or fair use. If you have a LEGITIMATE concern about intellectual rights, then email me.
